Return Policies
ALL SALES ARE FINAL*. No cancellation, refunds, exchanges, or credits can be made after your order has been confirmed. If there is a postponement or rescheduling, your tickets will be honored on the new date and you are responsible for the new arrangements. If an event is cancelled, we will refund all monies paid minus the processing/shipping costs upon return of the tickets to our office. Do not return tickets to the boxoffice. We must receive the tickets in our office before we can process a refund.
*At the sole discretion of Ticketvision, Inc. and its affiliates* , we may allow cancellation of an order, depending upon timeliness and situation, however a 10% cancellation/booking fee will apply towards the total ticket amount. The $15.00 processing/delivery fee that is added to the ticket total at the time of placing the order is a non-refundable fee. If tickets have already been secured for your order, there is no refund or exchange under any circumstance. However, If we are unable to fill the order, a refund will be given in full.
We do not replace lost, damaged or stolen tickets. Do not expose your tickets to sunlight, heat, cold, or liquids. The tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances and you will bear the full loss and liability incurred.
Event Cancellation Policy
In the event that an artist, venue, promoter or artist's management company should cancel or postepone an event, Ticketvision will not be held legally responsible for any consequential or incidental damages including transportation, hotel or food expenses. Customers accept all customary risks associated with Live entertainment.
TicketVision is an independent licensed ticket broker operating since 1981. We are not affiliated with any boxoffice, Ticketmaster, venue, hotel, artist or sports organization. We do not intend to imply, confuse, or represent any affiliation with these professional entities. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. All graphics on this website are used for display purposes only. As an independent ticket agencytickets are sold at a premium above face value.
