Shipping:
We ship all orders via Federal Express. This insures that your tickets arrive safely to you before the event date. Tickets cannot be mailed via U.S. Mail as lost tickets cannot be replaced.
**Please note: For your protection, we only ship to the cardholder's billing address. If you need to have tickets shipped to any other address, we require a fax authorization form from you.

Ticket Availability:
Within receipt of your order during business hours, a sales representative will contact you via email or telephone to confirm the availability of the tickets you ordered. Most tickets are in stock and ready to ship. However, some tickets may be in transit to us which would require a few extra days to deliver to you. At time of order confirmation, we will give you an expected delivery date.
Returns and/or Refunds:
There are no exchanges, refunds or returns on tickets. Please see our Conditions of Use before placing an order. |
